With over 17 years of experience in corporate restaurant operations and a deep-rooted passion for the cocktail and beer industry, Dragan has dedicated his career to pushing the boundaries of flavour development. His work focuses on blending the art of mixology with the progressive world of craft beer, creating innovative styles that challenge traditional beverage norms. Born and raised in the Toronto area, he’s always been driven by a love for hospitality and the dynamic nature of the beverage industry. Creating Nomad Brewing extends beyond product development, fostering meaningful connections and collaborations within the beer and hospitality community.
